Who can I bring to the wedding celebration?

Please note that your invitation is not transferable and is only for you and the person(s) you have indicated in the rsvp form. Please inform us as soon as possible if you would like to make any changes in regards to the persons that you will be accompanied by. 

Can I come to the wedding celebration without RSVP?

Without having RSVP you will not be on the guest list and we will not have made provisions for your attendance. Kindly RSVP or contact us directly to be considered.

Are children allowed?

As much as we love your little ones, the evening will not be able to accommodate them.

 

Do I have to wear the wax uniform?

No, you are entirely free to wear whatever you would like, according to the dress code “formal chic”.

Is the celebration indoor or outdoors? 

The celebration is indoors. 

Are there any hotels you can recommend?  

Yes, there are many hotels around the venue. We have selected a few for you as suggestions. Please note that the suggestions have been made based on google reviews and different hotel standards.

Is there a seating plan?

Yes, there will be a set seating plan that will be shared with you.

Any wishes for gifts?

The greatest gift for us is your presence at our traditional wedding celebration. As we both currently have fully equipped homes, we have decided against a wedding registry. If you wish to contribute to our new beginning, an envelop is always welcome.

Will the professional pictures be available ? 

The professional pictures will be compiled in an online gallery and shared here on the homepage. 

What kind of music will be played? 

We are very excited to have two DJ at the party that are well known in the congolese community in Stuttgart and the party scene in Stuttgart DJ Gabin and DJ Kwaku. With both DJs we can guarantee a night mixed with music from different genres, countries and generations. 

Don’t forget to eventually switch your high heels for dancing shoes ;)
